New SG1 Fic on the Go & More

Well I finished with my Grade 12 College English class, got my report last night and I passed with a mark of 87. I am really, really happy, thrilled could be another way of describing it. Anyways, now just need to figure out a way to celebrate lol.

A few weeks ago I was listening to Far Away by Nickleback on repeat and at one point with the start of it my mind started having clips from SG1 come together with the words. I have asked an amazing SG1 music video maker on YT but it sounds like she doesn’t want to do it, my friend’s sound doesn’t work so I need to surf around. I am looking for something in particular… have a few things on the go as it is.

I have been re-writing the start of SG1 for a reason, I was playing the Sims 3 and kept on wishing (thinking back often) that I wished Sam and Jack had a chance to be together. I have read many fanfics, I have never come across the scenario I have come up with, I have been using the transcripts from gateworld and using surfthechannel to view the episodes. I have been working on it for a little hwile now but now that class is over I’ll have more time for it. Once I am done with using the episodes, I will be starting it off from where I have been picturing it for the past little while. I hope everyone who reads it enjoys it, I have written a few personal fanfics, my friend told me to post my first one but I am still debating on it really.

Made an SG1 Sam and Jack wallpaper with my APE7, my original plan was to have the pictures of Sam around Jack’s head be a little transparent so they would be able to overlap. I have a big picture of Jack looking at the viewer and it is basically Jack’s view on Sam and everything she has been through, kicking ass, getting her ass kicked and a shot of her with each member of SG1. Then I looked up quotes from episodes, first one, Upgrades and another episode that was shortly after Upgrades to show that we’ve gone from being friends to more than friends. I have picture sof the two together and such, that is version 2, I had to get help on version 3 which is only in Jack’s perspective of how he sees Carter and how he feels about her and everything, what she means to him.

I have heard on GateWorld.net that there is going to be a Stargate Atlantis movie and another Stargate SG1 movie (YAY!) and that movie will be based around Jack, I have heard that Amanda will be in it, and she will make a cameo in the Atlantis movie.

Beau Bridges, Linda Hamilton and Bruce Campbell are supposed to be at the FanExpo this summer, I really want to meet the three of them, and see some of my favorite voice actors like Scott McNeil, Brad Swaile, Crispin Freeman, etc. My friend is getting me a custom made Atlantis uniform (not the black leather one, the other one) and if I do go, I plan to wear it because I need a change sinse the last convention I went to there is a lot of Link’s now. I haven’t seen an SGC soldier in a few years and I have never seen someone in an Atlantis uniform.

Sancutary is soon coming to DVD which I cannot wait for, though with College this fall, I will not be asking for anything as my parents will be helping me as it is with College. If I do ask for something, it’ll be Sanctuary and Flashpoint, thats it.

Nice Weather – Bad Weather

Hello!

Sunday was perfect, sunny skies, flowers coming up, grass going green and didn’t need a jacket. Monday? BANG! Snow… snow… heavy, wet snow. My brother and I did the drive way later in the afternoon and finished up before my dad got home, needed to do up the cars spot first so he could actually get into the drive way.

I was pretty happy with myself though, in the past I wouldn’t be able to do much and my brother would do most of the work. But because of my working out I was out there the full time with my brother and sure he did a lot of the work as usual but I did more than I had in the past 2-3 years.

We have a light amount of snow coming down today, and I got new pictures with Chris (b/f)  including fun shots like sticking my tongue out or being up in a tree (haven’t done that in a while) I’m wearing my SG1 jacket, I want to get the Earth and Air Force patches from SG1 yet and stitch them onto my left sleeve.

BIG NEWS

My boy friend Chris’s sister is getting married, he proposed to her a few days before Valentines and they asked me to be an unofficial photographer. Her fiance is going to be getting a suped up camera and will have me use it, I will get the same privliges as the official photographer. With my Photography course beig in the first semester of College I’ll have that as experience before the wedding.

OTHER…. STUFF XD

I was wondering who all use the Wii Fit? For many years my resolution was to get fit and such but it never happened. This year however we got the Wii Fit and I didn’t go onto it right away but once I did, I was hooked, I got addicted to the Yoga and Strength Training.

I have now gained tone and want to gain muscle as well as weight. Who all else is getting into shape in using the Wii Fit? I’ve been going at i for about 54 days now.

The one thing I was told but didn’t fully absorb was that getting exercise would wake up my body, and make me feel refreshed, awake and my body would feel good after a work out. This is the main reason why I enjoy it so much, I no longer drink soda at all. I drink only water, juice and milk.

TJ Thyne Autograph Success

Hello Everyone,

I just got my second autograph success in the mail from TJ Thyne. I’m going ot have to make my second complaint to the post office though, he got it stamped with Do Not Bend on the front and back and they bent it to put it into the box. The autograph isn’t badly damaged and neither is the other two documents inside of the envelope.

An all new photo, and what he wrote really touched me. He included an extra picture not signed and a business card to his website.

Fan Mail Success

Hello,

It has been a great, many months sinse I have recieved an autograph in the mail. Let alone a personalized autograph, I am posting it onto my Autograph site right away.

I have also posted the first chapter to a story that I wrote for my friend, the story’s idea came from a dream I had. I had very little to go on as to what had happened for the scenarios that happened so I thought about it and before I knew it I had a huge story. I will post it on here.

I see my friend Niko tomorrow morning, I knew him back in grade 5 on my bus then a few years ago I bumped into him after many years had passed. Now we chat online and he has his reading week so I’m going to have a hot chocolate with him at Tim Horton’s.

Another bit of news, I got into Durham College for Journalism Print for this fall in Oshawa. I am very much excited and there will be an open house in April that my family and I will go to.

Apophis’s Silent Rage

Hello,

I have added a new SG1 story – I have been meaning to add it sooner but hadn’t gotten around to it till now. I have opened Short Story Commissions and my friend James is paying me for two stories: Stargate SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis romance. I am not very good at writing a romance so we’ll see of how it goes, I just completed the SG1 story and I’ll post it once I can.

I may have found someone who could be a model, I have met him twice now and he is pretty nice and when I see him again near the end of the month. I shall ask him if he has interest in modeling, I’ll make a collage of some of my best work and show it to him.

If you have any ideas on some of your favorite pictures in my dA gallery, tell me what ones and I’ll go with them.

2008 Toronto Expo Dec.

Hello,

I went to the Expo in Toronto this past weekend on Sunday December. 14th, I will post a picture of myself with Brad Swaile on here and I am updating my autograph site with pictures of the autographs.

Gosh… December really is the busiest time of the year eh? The weekend before last my b/f came over to give my brother and I our Birthday presents. I am now 23. The weekend before that was the celebration of my cousin Sarah’s, Jon and my birthdays at my house. Next weekend I go to see my Uncle Ray and Aunt Jennifer.

I have all of my Christmas shopping done but I’m going to get a little something extra for both of my parents.

I have been told to post my video clips of the Q&A with Brad Swaile on youtube, my username is HalfxAxDime and I only have one thing up and that is a picture video of this years Canada Day with my friends.

Autographs To Sell

Hiya,

Well I have a Nathan Fillion (Firefly) and a Thomas Dekker (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) autographs. I am selling Nathan’s at $45 and Thomas at $38 and this doesn’t include the postage and packaging price as it will vary for places.

I am back on track with my story – I was going to re-write it but I didn’t like the idea of changing how I started it and I decided to do a little something and now I am back on track. I don’t know if it will come out as long as it had before for my original plans but still – all I need to do is find a bloody well artist to draw up the cover as this will be a series.
Probably not overly long depending on how long each book is. Not to mention I have to finish it to find out how it’ll be anyways lol.

The Storm

Hello,

Just thought that I would inform you that I have just posted a new story, called The Storm, it is a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers story. I day dreamed a decent amount of it and while I was at my b/f’s he needed to work on an assignment during his Reading Week so he let me go onto his laptop. At first I wanted to surf the net but he needed it for looking up terms so I decided that I would start the story as I’d brought my USB memory stick.

I wish I had of finished it sooner but truthfully I didn’t kow of how to end I at first as I kept getting stuck. However I was shocked to already get 1 incredible review and then get another one. I am really happy that it is well liked.

The Ninja Who Saved The Day

Hello,

I finished my fan story The Ninja Who Saved The Day, it may only be 4 chapters but I worked hard on it. I swear it, these days the hardest things with a story is naming the story, naming the chapters and coming up with the right way to end the story. I like to title my chapters because that is part of my creative side, to me it can even make the chapter seem a little bit more interesting as it tells a tiny bit of the chapter. It could mean 1 thing or multiple things in the chapter.

I have also sent fan mail to the following:

Amanda Tapping I sent to the Sanctuary address on October. 10th, 2008 Tuesday. I included a SAE I believe.

David Yost I sent 9 Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cards as he is the original blue ranger. Sent today Wednesday October. 29th 2008.

Robert Pattinson I sent a disposable, water proof camera also today Wednesday October. 29th 2008.

I sent a couple of Christmas presents in a package to my friend Kate in Australia today as well. I had to fill out the customs form, list 2 of the things in the box… wish I didn’t have to do that but then again I want her to get it. Because of Europe I think it was, I sent it by Surface and it may not get there in time, sending by Air would have guaranteed it but I would have had to spend $46. something and Surface was cheaper. I have a gut feeling it will reach her in time… only time will tell.

I plan up on writing my next SG1 story next, I will hold off on the 3 Ninjas story, and I also need to get working on my own story that I want to get published. I screwed up last timeI was working on it – I did a point form list of everythign to be happening in that order. Well because I kept on going on my own without I jumped to far ahead… so everything else I did will not fit so I have to redo a lot of it… well not necessarily all of it, I just have to put things in before the stuff I’ve already entered.

So Much To Do…

… Don’t Know Where To Start

Hello all!

Well I am temporarily stuck, don’t know how temporary it is but I have a fan fic idea in my head for a new 3 Ninjas story but I have also done some huge planning with a friend of mine who has seen the whole Stargate SG1 series for an SG1 story. This one will be huge BUT my problem is that I’ve also got a story on the go and this one is no fan fic… this is a story that I plan up on publishing and making into a series.

The reason for it to become a series is because… well, heh I loved the Harry Potter book series, the Magician’s House from BBC, Resident Evil, Animorphs and sure I enjoyed STARS by Eric Walters but I want to have something big as my first publication.

I have to figure out what is going on with work as well, I may not be in a department anymore but I need to find out what my Union Representative is doing to get onto Zehrs’s case for having left me dangling like a worm on a hook. I had been trying to find out what positions were open and no one over there knows of how to phone me back when they say they will.

Anyways… yeah 3 stories – 2 in my head, 1 starting to be written and I’ll be posting the next chapter to The Ninja Who Saved The Day pretty soon, it is complete but I need to name the chapter yet. A friend of mine asked ‘why don’t you put in Chapter 1, etc?’ or something like that and my response was ‘where’s the fun in that?’
